TWC Consulting is at the leading edge of sustainable building-design, and in recent years has witnessed a huge shift in attitudes, understanding and recognition of what sustainable buildings actually represent. This has been achieved under the increasing standards set by the Building Regulations, the introduction of BREEAM, Code for Sustainable Homes, Dynamic Simulation, UK & European Carbon Reduction Targets and Planning Conditions.


TWC Consulting has delivered many projects where sustainability was at the centre of the Client’s Brief, and is now providing preeminent advice on all types of developments including Commercial Buildings, Fire Stations, Schools, Healthcare Facilities, Office Blocks, Industrial Units, Retail Units, Residential Housing Schemes and Bespoke Buildings.


The Consultancy is founded on an aspiration to deliver changing Consultancy Services to a changing and increasingly challenging built environment.

With longstanding membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers, BREEAM, Elmhurst Energy, IES, CHAS and the Association for Project Management TWC Consulting offers a unique Consultancy service that is supported by highly skilled Professionals who can deliver truly sustainable buildings using the greatest levels of competence.

    TWC Consulting’s mission is to provide building owners with consultancy services that will facilitate a speedy transition to a built environment that is based on zero carbon, low levels of waste, low levels of pollution and low levels of associated costs. To achieve this mission TWC Consulting will deliver consultancy services using a strategic balance and compare construction approach. Strategic balance and compare construction will enable building owners to make the necessary decisions to change the way buildings are designed, constructed and operated. The mission will be delivered over a time frame in line with UK legislation to reach zero carbon by 2030 for public sector buildings and 2050 for all others.
